EverSafe Showers, LLC ("EverSafe," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit www.eversafeshowers.com, request an assessment or estimate, or talk with us, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or project address, and anything you tell us about your project. That can include mobility or health needs, such as a walker or wheelchair. We use those details only to design and quote your project.
Information collected automatically: your IP address and approximate location, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you use them, and how you found us (for example, a Google search, an ad, or an AI assistant such as ChatGPT).
Information from others: referrals from partners such as senior living communities, occupational therapists or agencies, if you asked them to connect us.
How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule assessments and installations, and prepare estimates and proposals
- To call, text or email you about your request and project
- To understand which pages and ads bring people to us, and to improve the website
- To keep records, honor warranties, and meet legal obligations
Cookies and tools on our website
We use these tools. You can turn off analytics and advertising at any time:
- Necessary: cookies that remember your privacy choices and note how you first found us, so a request you send reaches the right person. These stay on.
- Analytics: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics measure visits and page use. Microsoft Clarity shows how pages are scrolled and clicked so we can fix confusing pages.
- Advertising: the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google advertising tags tell us which ads bring visitors and may be used to show you our ads on other sites.
To opt out, open (also linked at the bottom of every page). We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of advertising. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Calls, texts and emails
When you submit a form, you agree that we may call or text you at the number you gave, including by automated means, about your request and project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help, or ask us to stop calling. We do not sell or share your phone number for other companies' marketing.
Who we share it with
- Our team and the installers working on your project
- Service providers that run our business, such as website hosting, email delivery, our customer database, and the analytics and advertising tools listed above
- A financing partner, only if you ask to apply for financing
- Authorities when the law requires it, or a buyer if our business is sold
We do not sell your personal information for money. Our advertising tools share browsing data with Google and Meta, which some state laws call targeted advertising or a "sale." You can opt out of it as described above. We never use mobility or health details you share for advertising, and we do not sell them.
Your rights
Texas residents, and residents of other states with similar laws, can ask us to:
- confirm whether we have their personal information and get a copy of it
- correct it
- delete it
- opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling
To make a request, email info@eversafeshowers.com or call 1-888-567-1163. We may need to confirm it's you. You can also use an authorized agent. We respond within 45 days. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying with "Appeal". We answer appeals within 60 days. If you're not satisfied with the result, you can contact the Texas Attorney General. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
How long we keep it
We keep project and customer records for as long as needed to complete your project, honor warranties, and meet tax and legal requirements. If you don't become a customer, we delete inquiries when they're no longer needed.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
