Estimates, pricing and contracts

Prices, timelines and scopes on the website, including our pricing estimator, are estimates only. Your final price and scope are set in a written proposal or agreement signed by you and EverSafe. If the website and your signed agreement differ, your signed agreement controls.

Cost calculators

Our calculators, including the home modifications vs. assisted living calculator, use published regional averages and the numbers you enter. Results are estimates for planning and will differ from actual costs.

Offers and discounts

Promotions are subject to the terms and end dates shown with them, apply only to new projects, and cannot be applied to prior purchases. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined. We may end or change an offer at any time, but we will honor it for any agreement signed while it was available.

Financing

Financing is provided by third-party lenders, not EverSafe. Any payment amounts shown are estimates. Approval, rates and terms depend on the lender and your credit, and not everyone will qualify.

Texas contractor disclosures

• EverSafe Showers, LLC is a Texas-based remodeling contractor.
• All work is subject to applicable Texas laws, local ordinances, building codes and permit requirements.
• EverSafe does not provide engineering or architectural services unless agreed in writing.
• Conditions hidden in walls, floors, slabs or ceilings (including plumbing, electrical, framing or structural elements) may require additional work not included in an estimate.
• Permits are handled as stated in your written agreement.

Communication

When you request an assessment, you agree to give accurate contact and project information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we contact you by phone, text and email, and how to opt out.

Warranty

Our limited lifetime system warranty and 2-year workmanship warranty are governed only by the written warranty documents provided with your agreement. If anything on the website conflicts with them, the written warranty documents control.

Photos and content

The text, photos, logos and design of this website are owned by or licensed to EverSafe Showers, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Some photos are illustrative and may not show EverSafe projects or customers. Please do not copy or scrape website content without permission.

Prohibited use
